Roads to Respect Conference – 2017
On February 9, 2017, The Rape Foundation sponsored the sixth annual Roads to Respect™ Conference, #HelpingKidsThrive in partnership with the Rape Treatment Center at UCLA-Santa Monica Medical Center. The Conference is dedicated to disseminating information about how the adults in children’s lives can help them thrive-by guiding them in dealing with adversity and fostering the development of skills, values, empathy, and respect for others that will enable them to have healthy, safe, meaningful relationships (online and offline). Our nationally reorganized presenters included Jane Fonda, Nadine Burke Harris, Robert Faros, Nancy Jo Sales and Deborah Heitner.
